We stumbled across Le Cartel because of the monkey and T-Rex paper papier-mâché figures at the front. The clothing is made of high quality materials and the prices are really reasonable. I learned that they like to collab with artists to create limited edition collections. I only wish they would stock more smaller sizes. I ended up not getting anything because the didn’t have small in the items I wanted. I was able to get them at the location in Vieux Port (not on Google Maps but attached to Café Olympico).

Very cool concept supporting local artists! Bought a t-shirt and socks, very happy with my purchase. Staff is helpful and attentive. Good value for cool, unique designs and a business that supports Montreal Art!

This is the store to visit for clothes in Montreal! It truly embodies the city’s unique street art culture and vibe. I stopped by yesterday and was lucky to be helped by Quentin and Gauthier — they were absolutely amazing. Thanks again, and I can’t wait to come back on my next visit!

EDIT: Excellent customer service, I had a complaint about a product, so they sent me a new one, with a free hat for my troubles! Great people, working hard to upkeep a well-deserved good reputation. I'd love to see a black or brown sweatshirt design from the collaborating artist Mark Conlan! My review from before Le Cartel's response & product replacement: "Art is cool but the print on the graphic tees is low quality. Mine started cracking after 4 washes. Pretty disappointed that the product quality is not on par with the art."

I had a fantastic experience shopping at this store! The selection is stylish, well-curated. What really made the visit special, though, was the exceptional customer service. Pierre and Adrian were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great suggestions that suited my style perfectly. Thanks to them, I left with pieces I absolutely love. Chic and selective designs of boutique and paintings, all the products are from designers, worldwide artists mainly focus on the city inspiration from Paris and Montreal, many interesting pieces. Fair price with friendly service. A mini gallery I could say!

Such a cool little stop on our trip! This shop is full of personality—creative designs, great energy, and such a cute vibe overall. The team was super friendly, and they even gave my kids stickers, which totally made their day. 🥰 I love when a store feels more like an experience than just a place to shop, and Le Cartel definitely has that magic.
